7 Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, ^v“To your offspring I will give this land.” So he built there an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him. 8 From there he moved to the hill country on the east of ^wBethel and pitched his tent, with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east. And there he built an altar to the Lord and called upon the name of the Lord.

4 to ^cthe place where he had made an altar at the first. And there Abram called upon the name of the Lord.

18 So Abram moved his tent and came and ^ssettled by the ^toaks¹ of Mamre, which ^uare at Hebron, and there he built an altar to the Lord.

13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, behind him was a ram, caught in a thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up as a burnt offering instead of his son.
