1  ⁱGive ear, O my people, to my teaching;

incline your ears to the words of my mouth!

2  ^gHear, O heavens, and give ear, O ^hearth;

for the Lord has spoken:

“Children^{1 i}have I reared and brought up,

but they have rebelled against me.

2  ^eHear, you peoples, all of you;¹

^fpay attention, O earth, and all that is in it,

and ^glet the Lord God be a witness against you,

^hthe Lord from his holy temple.
