10  There is ^rsevere discipline for him who forsakes the way;

^swhoever hates reproof will die.

11  An evil man seeks only rebellion,

and ^ba cruel messenger will be sent against him.

1  Whoever ^yisolates himself seeks his own desire;

he breaks out against all sound judgment.

3  When a man’s folly ^dbrings his way to ruin,

his heart ^erages against the Lord.
