39 All those listed among the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron listed at the commandment of the Lord, by clans, all the males from a month old and upward, were ^t22,000.

62 And those listed were ^q23,000, every male from a month old and upward. For ^rthey were not listed among the people of Israel, because ^sthere was no inheritance given to them among the people of Israel.
