29 and twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on his head and put a reed in his right hand. And kneeling before him, they ^kmocked him, saying, “Hail, ^lKing of the Jews!”

37 And over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, ^vthe King of the Jews.”

2 saying, “Where is he who has been born ^lking of the Jews? For we saw ^mhis star when it rose¹ and have come to ⁿworship him.”

39 ^oBut you have a custom that I should release one man for you at the Passover. So do you want me to release to you the King of the Jews?”

3 They came up to him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” and struck him with their hands.

42 ^e“He saved others; ^fhe cannot save himself. ^gHe is the King of Israel; let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in him.
