Gideon’s Three Hundred Men

1 Then ^aJerubbaal (that is, Gideon) and all the people who were with him rose early and encamped beside ^bthe spring of Harod. And the camp of Midian was north of them, ^cby the hill of Moreh, in the valley.

11 And the Lord sent ^gJerubbaal ^hand Barak^{1 i}and Jephthah and ^jSamuel and delivered you out of the hand of your enemies on every side, and you lived in safety.

21 ^vWho killed Abimelech the son of Jerubbesheth? Did not a woman cast an upper millstone on him from the wall, so that he died at Thebez? Why did you go so near the wall?’ then you shall say, ‘Your servant Uriah the Hittite is dead also.’”
