40 ⁱThe whole valley of the dead bodies and the ashes, and all the fields as far as the ^jbrook Kidron, to the corner of ^kthe Horse Gate toward the east, ^lshall be sacred to the Lord. ^mIt shall not be plucked up or overthrown anymore forever.”

16 Then the boundary goes down to the border of the mountain that overlooks ^hthe Valley of the Son of Hinnom, which is at the north end of the Valley of ⁱRephaim. And it then goes down the ^hValley of Hinnom, south of the shoulder of the Jebusites, and downward to ^jEn-rogel.
