11 ^jIn the second month on the fourteenth day at twilight they shall keep it. ^kThey shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.

3 You shall eat no leavened bread with it. ^mSeven days you shall eat it with unleavened bread, the bread of affliction—for you came out of the land of Egypt ⁿin haste—that all the days of your life you may remember the day when you came out of the land of Egypt.

8 Let us therefore celebrate the festival, ^hnot with the old leaven, ⁱthe leaven of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
