13 But rejoice ^ainsofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad ^bwhen his glory is revealed.

1 So I exhort the elders among you, ^mas a fellow elder and ⁿa witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed:

2 Beloved, we are ^zGod’s children ^cnow, and what we will be ^dhas not yet appeared; but we know that ^ewhen he appears^{1 f}we shall be like him, because ^gwe shall see him as he is.

7 to those who ^oby patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life;
